Oregeon is a Malaysian-registered property consultancy approved by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers, Malaysia. We provide valuation, market research, agency, project, and corporate-investment advisory across the country — every engagement led by a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent, or Licensed Auctioneer.
Our story
From a single Selangor practice to sixteen offices nationwide.
Founded in 2012, Oregeon began as a Selangor-based valuation practice with a simple discipline: every engagement is led by a registered professional whose name appears on the report.
Today we operate sixteen offices across Malaysia — Klang Valley HQ, Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat, Penang, Negeri Sembilan, Perak, Pahang, Melaka, Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu, Kuching, Miri, Bintulu, Kota Kinabalu, and Tawau — with a team of 160 staff nationwide.
Our remit covers ten sectors and eight service disciplines, from valuation and estate agency to property management, corporate-investment advisory, and property auction. The standard does not change at the state border.

Legal structure
Two legal entities, one Group methodology.
Each Sdn Bhd holds its own Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP) registration. Both operate under unified leadership, brand, and methodology.

Selangor practice established
Oregeon founded as a Registered Valuer-led valuation practice in Selangor.
Expansion
Sixteen offices nationwide
Network grew to cover Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak — operated under Oregeon Property Consultancy Sdn Bhd, with Oregeon Auction Sdn Bhd handling the dedicated auction division.
