Having obtained her Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) from University Malaya, she joined Henry Butcher Jurunilai Iktisas (Lim & Long) Sdn Bhd where she has been involved major in property research and consultancy. She then joined C H Williams Talhar & Wong Sdn Bhd and involved in valuation assignments pertaining to land acquisition, security commission, real property gains tax, accounting purposes, internal management and other capital valuations. She was appointed as Manager-Retail Valuation for Petaling Jaya Branch since year 2010. During her practice as Branch Manager she has signed valuation reports for various types of property i.e. agricultural, residential, industrial and commercial for financial institutions.

She is a Registered Valuer & Registered Estate Agent under the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents, a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor (RICS), a member of the Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM), a member of the Association of Valuers & Property Consultants in Private Practice Malaysia (MPEPS), a member of Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) and a member of Malaysian Institute of Professional Property Managers (MMIPPM).

She has more than 11 years professional real estate experience mainly in research and valuation of residential and commercial properties such as development land, condominium and service apartment within the city centre, office buildings and retail shopping complexes. She also involved in valuation of specialised property, i.e. private hospitals, quarry and oil palm plantations and was being appointed as an assessor in the Shah Alam Civil High Court for compulsory land acquisition cases.

Other than that, she also involved in research cases such as rental survey, market and feasibility study for service apartment, condominium, offices, retail shops and landed residential properties in kuala lumpur city centre i.e Jalan Pinang, Jalan Bukit Bintang, Jalan Raja Chulan, Jalan Ampang, Mont Kiara, to name few.
