After completing his study in Australia, Sr Wong Wen Chet, Bachelor of Business (Property) has joined C H Williams, Talhar and Wong Sdn Bhd focusing in valuation of land & building and Plant & machinery. He is experienced in administration and management of project development, sales and marketing. He is a registered valuer and registered estate agent that recognize by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents and a member of the following professional bodies:

• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, U.K. (MRICS)
• Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (MRISM)
• Persatuan Penilai dan Perunding Harta Swasta (MPEPS)
• Member of Malaysian Institute of Professional Property Managers (MMIPPM)

During his career in the industry, he was involved in valuation, estate agency, property development consultancy and property research for various types of properties, for example, residential properties, light industrial premises, industrial complexes, shophouses, office buildings, retail centres, agriculture land, development land, plant and machinery.

He is also Secretary of REHDA Youth under Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia (REHDA).
