After completing his study in Australia, Sr Wong Wen Chet, Bachelor of Business (Property) has joined C H Williams, Talhar and Wong Sdn Bhd focusing in valuation of land & building and Plant & machinery as probationary valuer.
After that, he founded Oregeon Property Consultancy Sdn Bhd at year 2012 and is a Malaysian-registered company approved by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, and Estate Agents, Malaysia, to provide professional consultancy services. It is currently one of Malaysia’s largest and most established real estate valuation consultancy firms. With a strong presence nationwide, with over 130 dedicated professionals, 13 divisions and branches comprising Selangor, Klang Valley, Negeri Sembilan, Perak, Penang, Kedah, Melaka, Johor, Pahang, Terrenganu, Kelantan, Sabah and Sarawak, managing over 1,000 cases monthly, delivering consistent and reliable service across the country. He is a registered valuer and registered estate agent that recognize by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents and a member of the following professional bodies:

During his career in the industry, he was involved in valuation, estate agency, property development consultancy and property research for various types of properties, for example, residential properties, light industrial premises, industrial complexes, shophouses, office buildings, retail centres, agriculture land, development land, plant and machinery. He also does valuation for Financial Reporting Standard (FRS) purposes for listed companies for yearly account auditing.
He was also experienced in administration and management of project development, sales and marketing. He was also graduated with Advanced Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Taylors College Malaysia. He founded Millennium Property and GCPG Group that run commercial development projects in Seremban and Sepang namely Seremban Jaya Business Avenue, Oasis Business Center in Seremban town and Taman Changgang Jaya. Millennium Property also an property wing that build and setup all different 4S automotive outlet of Millennium Motor that is in Negeri Sembilan, Batu Pahat, Klang Valley, Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan.
In Millennium, he also founded Millennium Lifestyle and Millennium Hospitality that owned assets namely Tribeca Serviced Hotel by Millennium in Jalan Imbi, Millennium Lounge, Sarastro Restaurant, Regus Coworking Space and Millennium Ballroom.
He is also the Founded member of REHDA Youth National since 2010. He is Committee board from 2010 to 2021 holding position, office bearer assistant secretary, secretary, deputy chairman and Chairman of REHDA Youth. He serve in REHDA YOUTH for 11 years.
